Plaza Reprographics produce high quality black & white copies via digital files or hard copy originals. Our high speed technology is ideal for construction specifications, training manuals, litigation copying or anytime multiple copies are needed quickly.

Using the HP DesignJet or the 1050C or 54" wide HP3500C we can output your color ditgital image to a larger format, up to 54 " wide by any length. In color or black and white we can out put to several mediums including: heavy weight bond, photo or glossy photo, poster paper, canvas, vellum, mylar or clear film.

Send a File:
Plaza Reprographics and Supply, Inc can receive your digital files via courier, e-mail or website. Thanks to the convenience of our online file transfer module, you can easily send a file from your computer to ours in a matter of minutes. Just click here and you’re on your way. Here, you can fill out the electronic form with detailed instructions specific to your location. Please note that e-mail is low priority internet traffic and delivery times can be very unpredictable. Due to delays caused by large files sent to us via e-mail we have asked that our clients send file attachments no larger than 3 MB.

Secure FTP Transfer:

When submitting digital artwork, Adobe Acrobat .PDF files are strongly encouraged for optimum ease, production and print quality. When producing .PDF files, please make sure the settings are of maximum quality with as little compression as possible. In doing this, it will allow our team to capture the highest print quality possible.

Plaza Reprographics and Supply offers a broad range of color output options for users of Apple Macintosh directly from your computer files. We offer standard letter size (8.5" x 11") and tabloid-size (11" x 17") color laser output on theXerox Doc 12 -- up to 11" X 17", double sided copies, transparencies and cardstock.

Copies on the Doc12 may also be made from artwork or camera ready art that can lay flat on the scanner. We can run single or doublesided copies with options of text, cardstock or transparencies. The Doc12 is the perfect solution to your color output problems for short or long runs at a reasonable cost.

Color Document Scanning
Converting your hard copy originals into electronic documents has many advantages. You save the cost of storage space, filing/retrieval time, and lost/misfiled slides & photos. The document is preserved and portable making it easier to access. Popular file formats to save to include jpeg, tiff, and pdf. Scanning to Adobe Acrobat PDF format is our most requested and affordable service. Documents can be viewed using Adobe's free Reader.
